Style Name Inspiration

Sometimes name inspiration comes from actor's names and sometimes they come from characters, but please forgive me, consistency is not my forte.

Named for Rayette, Karen Black's character in Five Easy Pieces (1970). I'm not really a New Hollywood girl (I think that for the most part movies should have stories and not JUST vibes), but I love this movie mostly for the very sweet and very caring Rayette. She is a gem, and Nicholsen's character isn't good enough for her.
